Rehabilitation 
Each rehabilitation patient is assigned a "dedicated" therapist to ensure a timely return to the normal activities of daily life.  Our data sets confirm that our rehabilitation patients maintain and continue to improve levels of mobility and dexterity once they are home.

 

 


Our Town  
The Our Town Rehabilitation Center is a simulated community that includes a bank, supermarket, gazebo, sidewalks with different surfaces, cross walk the traffic signal, and a car with gas pump.  This offers patients the opportunity to receive therapy in the settings where they will be functioning and affords the patients the practice they need to be successful.  This is in conjunction with a fully functional apartment that combines the challenges patient will encounter at home as well as in the community.  The program's success is reflected in the outcome of the patients.  Patients complete their rehabilitation in less time and achieve a higher independence score as detailed in the outcome reports included in this site.
